Welcome To The Practice

Do not contact your practice about the COVID-19 vaccine. You will be contacted directly by the NHS. You can also book your vaccine (including boosters) on the NHS website.


If you have COVID-19 symptoms, you must get a PCR test before visiting your surgery (different to a lateral flow test, for patients with no symptoms). To find out how to book your vaccine or PCR test, go to www.gov.uk/coronavirus or call 119

Before contacting your GP practice, please consider using NHS 111 online to check your symptoms


Sick certificate / med3 requests


You do not need a 'sick note' from your GP until you have been away from work for 28 days (this used to be 7 days).

This is effective from 10th December to the 26th January 2022.

This change will free up time for urgent care and support for COVID Vaccination booster delivery.

Using eConsult when the surgery is closed

If you require support when the surgery is closed (including weekends and bank holidays) you can still use the eConsult service for self-help and pharmacy advice regarding your condition.

If you have a medical problem and you're not sure what to do, please use the 111 online service which you can access here - NHS 111 online

As always for immediate emergencies, call 999.


All eligible patients are now able to book for their Booster dose via the National Booking system, vaccination programme which will be at our Welling Masonic Centre Vaccination Site, using the national booking system.


You can access the National booking system using the link below Book a coronavirus vaccination - NHS (www.nhs.uk), or by logging on to the National booking system using your search engine or call our support team 0208 269 3400 between 10am and 4pm (Monday to Friday).

Please note, the booking system will only be open for booking when vaccines are confirmed, please check regularly for appointment availability.
