Welcome To The Practice

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PATIENTS

Due to having two doctors off with covid this week we will still be seeing any pre-booked patients today during the surgery closure time. If you have an appointment today, please do still attend.

Do not contact your practice about the COVID-19 vaccine. You will be contacted directly by the NHS. You can also book your vaccine (including boosters) on the NHS website.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms, you must get a PCR test before visiting your surgery (different to a lateral flow test, for patients with no symptoms). To find out how to book your vaccine or PCR test, go to www.gov.uk/coronavirus or call 119

Before contacting your GP practice, please consider using NHS 111 online to check your symptoms

Have you had your Covid-19 vaccine abroad?

To update your vaccine record you will need to follow this link Tell the NHS about coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccinations you've had abroad - NHS (www.nhs.uk) , unfortunately the sugery is unable to update your record directly.

Use econsult to contact your doctor online and get help by the end of the next working day or sooner

Using eConsult when the surgery is closed

If you require support when the surgery is closed (including weekends and bank holidays) you can still use the eConsult service for self-help and pharmacy advice regarding your condition.

If you have a medical problem and you're not sure what to do, please use the 111 online service which you can access here - NHS 111 online

As always for immediate emergencies, call 999.

Covid-19 Visiting Your GP Surgery

PLEASE WEAR FACE COVERINGS.

COVID-19 PROTECTIONS ARE STILL IN PLACE IN THIS SURGERY.

In line with current Government guidance patients are required to continue to wear a face covering in all healthcare settings.

Face covering primarily protect others, so doing so - unless exempt - is ket to preventing spread of infection.

Continue to respect (2m) social distancing

Test and Isolate if you any symptoms

If you have symptoms you must get a PCR test as soon as possible and before visiting your GP. Rapid lateral flow tests should to be used to confirm infection.

It’s vital that you and anyone in your household isolate until you receive your test result, and for 10 days thereafter if the result is positive.

Wash/Sanitise Hands Regularly
